The villa enjoys a breathtaking panorama. The house has all the comforts to accommodate six people, and a suite for two people is hidden in the garden. Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors 

The villa offers 4 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds which can be converted into 2 double beds and the last bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room features large sofas which opens directly on the outside. The living room has a TV/Multimedia with TNT.


Outdoors​ 

Guests can enjoy the fenced swimming pool (heated on request) with a breathtaking view of the Rondinara golf course. This is a unique and heavenly place. A dining table is at your disposal so that you can enjoy your barbecue while admiring the view of the Rondinara bay. The deckchairs placed at the side of the swimming pool allow you to rest. The villa has a jacuzzi (3 m diameter, unheated). The property has a parking.


Location

Rondinara beach and shops are only 10 minutes from the villa. Guests will also have easy access to various sporting activities in the vicinity: golf, scuba diving, quads, jet skiing, water skiing, canyoning, horse riding, etc.
