In summary

Chalet Hors Piste is a recently renovated semi-detached chalet. Located in the quiet and peaceful village of Le Raffort, it enjoys an ideal location surrounded by nature and a beautiful view of Mont Vallon. You can reach the ski slopes either by the Olympe cable car or by the free shuttle service. The return ski in is directly via the Raffort itinerary.

Indoors & Outdoors

The exterior of the chalet is decorated with wood and stone and is in harmony with the setting of this Alpine hamlet. The interior has been fitted out in absolute comfort. The rooms have beautiful volumes and a beautiful luminosity.

The chalet is spread over 4 floors and offers 5 bedrooms en suite, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The living area has a modern kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge. The whole opens onto a balcony and an outdoor area for the children to enjoy.

After a sunny day on the slopes, there's nothing better than relaxing in the sauna and warming up by the fireplace. The chalet is perfectly adapted to the practice of winter sports and has a ski-room equipped with boot warmers.

An outside parking space is available to guests.

Staff & Services

The price includes the reception at the property, the cleaning during your stay and cleaning at the end of your stay.
The chalet offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from additional services, optionally and with supplement, such as a regular cleaning service on request.

Location

The chalet is located in the quiet and peaceful village of Le Raffort.
Nearby, Olympe gondola or free bus (from 8:30 am to 12:45 am) to reach Chaudanne in the center of Méribel and ski lessons. You can also access the Méribel village slopes by car or bus with free parking and a ticket office for the purchase of ski passes. It is possible to ski back to the chalet via the Raffort slope.

- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Emplacement, cadre , beauté du lieu , à 2 pas des remontées , retour à ski possible si enneigement le permet.

l'équipe de villanovo a été très bien , très pro

2 parking pour un chalet pour 10 est un peu léger, car très compliqué de se garer dans le quartier, ou alors nous n’avions pas les connaissances pour garer une 3eme voiture à proximité.
Quelques petits détails à régler, on s’est adapté, ce n’est pas grave du tout:
- Les 2 tires bouchons sont très bien pour décapsuler une bière, mais pas pour ouvrir des bouteilles de vins ils sont très bas de gamme et les prochains loueur auront du mal comme nous avons eut beaucoup de mal.
- Quand nous sommes arrivés le sauna n'était pas assez propre, il faudrait obliger un nettoyage après chaque location.
- Il y avait qu’une petite planche à découper pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes, il en faudrait une supplémentaire de grande taille.
- Casier à ski trop petit pour 10 personnes , obligés de rentrer des paires à l’intérieur.
- Le spot luminaire au dessus du four fonctionne mal.
