"La Face 1" is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful residence. Ideally located in the heart of Val d'Isère and at the foot of the slopes, it will allow you to take full advantage of the ski area of Tignes-Val d'Isère and to discover the numerous after-ski activities of the resort.
With family or friends, the apartment is a prestigious place associated with a unique location in the middle of the Alps, where you can enjoy a good stay.

Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 bunk beds 80 cm, 1 single bed 120 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also towel dryer, WC.


Indoors and outdoors

With a surface area of 170 m² on a single level, it offers beautiful volumes and a beautiful luminosity. Composed mainly of wood and stone for the cocoon side of the mountain, it is accompanied by leather, fur, glass and clean lines for a contemporary inspiration. 

The large living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table welcomes you for memorable evenings. The 5 ensuite bedrooms can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children which also includes a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (1 bed) and a single bed.

A laundry room is also at your disposal. The 2nd bedroom has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Finally, end your ski days with a dip in the outdoor jacuzzi, an exceptional moment of relaxation! 


Staff & Services

The price includes reception at the agency, the cleaning during the stay and the cleaning at the end of stay.
The apartment also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, optionally and at an additional cost, such as regular cleaning service on request.

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.

Comments

Localisation optimale (commerces, pistes de ski, navettes,...), environnement très calme.
Desserte de l'appartement par ascenseur privatif.
Salon et salle à manger très bien proportionnés, toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une salle de bains et de toilettes privatives.
La cheminée très sympathique... a fonctionné 2 heures le jour de notre arrivée, puis plus rien, pas de réparation, c'est bien dommage !
L'appartement est prévu pour 10 personnes, mais il n'y a aucun ustensile de cuisson et de chauffe qui dépasse les 1,5 L de contenance, c'est bien dommage.
L'isolation vis-à-vis de l'appartement du deuxième étage (au-dessus de l'appartement Face1) est insuffisante, ce qui est d'autant plus problématique quand les occupants d'au-dessus ont des enfants qui sautent et courent partout dans l'appartement !
la buanderie (lave-linge + sèche-linge) dans une des chambres, cela n'a pas de sens.
