Indoors 

The apartment boasts modern, well-appointed interiors. You'll immediately fall in love with the spacious, light-filled living room, decorated in a contemporary style that blends elegance and comfort. Large picture windows bathe the living space in natural light and offer direct access to the terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day on the slopes. 

On the ground floor there is a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate toilet adds further convenience. A functional utility room provides additional storage space.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms complete the layout. The first is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a desk, ideal for those who combine work and holiday. The second bedroom is cleverly arranged with two single beds and a double loft bed, perfect for children or young adults. A second bathroom with bath and toilet completes the comfort of this floor.


Outdoors 

The apartment has a magnificent terrace accessible from the living room, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the Alpine scenery. Residence Caeli, where the apartment is located, also offers a ski room for safe storage of your equipment and one outdoor parking space per flat. Outdoor furniture is at your disposal to enjoy moments of relaxation in the fresh air.


Staff & Services

To ensure you have an exceptional stay, a number of services are included with your rental. On arrival, you will be greeted at the agency and provided with bathroom products. Household and bathroom linen is provided, and your beds will be made on arrival. For maximum peace of mind, end-of-stay cleaning is included, and a regular cleaning service can be arranged at extra cost.


Location

Situated in the prestigious resort of Serre Chevalier, the apartment is ideally located just 800 metres from the "Le Bachas" ski lifts and the ski slopes. Serre Chevalier is a renowned resort, ranging in altitude from 1,200 to 2,800 metres, with 250 km of pistes, making it one of the largest ski areas in Europe. The resort delights large numbers of visitors every year with its wide range of activities: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, climbing and relaxation at the Monêtier baths.

Monêtier les bains, the village where the flat is located, has a traditional charm with its wooden chalets and friendly atmosphere. Apart from winter sports, you can explore the charming village squares and enjoy the local gastronomy.
