This magnificent duplex partment is located on the beach in Roches Noires in a quiet residence of 5 apartments. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
There are 4 bedrooms, a large terrace, a superb sea view and an amazing direct access to the beach.

Room, Ground level, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private balcony.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom, separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private balcony.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom, separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Indoors

The modern living spaces are well deisgned offering a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a central island.
The living / dining room has a large wooden table that can accommodate 8 people, and a relaxation area with sofa and TV.

Outdoors

The terrace is spacious and covered, ideal for outdoor summer meals, with a large table for 8 people, a barbecue, and a lounge area.
There are sun loungers in the garden just outside the terrace.
Walk a few meters and you will be on the beach.
The adjoining apartments on the left are Hibiscus I and II, which can also be rented with the Amalia duplex apartment, for a larger family stay.

Staff and services

1 house maid : 4 hours a day from Monday to Saturday - Housekeeping only
Cooking: extra cost of 5€/hour on weekdays - extra cost of 10€/hour on Sundays and public holidays

Location

Roches Noires is a beautiful sandy beach with lots of vegetations around. Bathing is very nice and it is a very quiet area!

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children over 12 years old are welcome
- Children over 12 years old are welcome
- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
