This superb villa offers four incredibly comfortable en-suite bedrooms, a private swimming pool with a children's pool, gardens, an alfresco dining pavilion, a spacious air-conditioned living and dining room with a bar, a mezzanine 'reading room', and a range of excellent facilities.

Room. This bedroom has 2 single beds configurable as a double bed. , with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, DVD player.

Room 4 - Upstairs Guest Suites :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. , with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, DVD player, private balcony.

Air-conditioned living room, dining room, artworks, bar, mezzanine with sea view offer a comfortable and elegant living space. The villa has a 20 x 6 metre swimming pool, outdoor dining pavilion, terrace, sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sun and views.


Staff and Service

The villa is staffed by a manager, private chef, butlers, housekeepers, 24-hour security, gardener, maintenance and chauffeur. A varied menu is available, and additional services such as babysitters and masseuses can be arranged.


Location

Situated 100 metres from Nelayan beach, the villa is in a local village area. Numerous bars and restaurants are within easy reach, and activities such as surfing are available. The villa also offers easy access to places of interest such as Tanah Lot temple, Seminyak for shopping, or the volcanic lakes near Bedugul.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 85 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 85 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
