Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Room 4
Room. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 single beds, 1 bunk beds. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom.


Indoors

Large bay windows with 180° sea view protected by adjustable sun shades and mosquito nets in all bedrooms.
Solar heating, geothermal cooling and air conditioning. There is also a vegetalized roof.

As the villa is on one level, all bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and to the entire outdoors of the villa. All the bedding is Italian made to ensure maximum comfort.
All rooms offer a breathtaking view of the bay of Valinco.

Bedroom 1: 160cm double bed, a bathroom is located just opposite with a walk-in shower. It also offers a closet, dressing room to allow you to settle down comfortably.
Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, a bathroom and shared with bedroom 3, which also has a walk-in shower and WC in the bathroom. It also has a custom-made closet / dressing room.
Bedroom 3: 160cm double bed with a bathroom opposite (to be shared with bedroom 2). It also has a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom has two single beds, as well as custom made beds that fit into the wall (bunk beds). There is a large dressing room as well as an adjoining bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.

Please note : the technical room of the swimming pool is not accessible for security reasons.
