The Appartement Lodge des Neiges C15 is located in a residence in Tignes 1800. Its ideal location, close to the Boisses cable car, means you can ski to and from the flat. The residence offers access to its relaxation area and spa.

  • Bedroom 3 - ASPEN: 2 single beds (90x200), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe with shelving and hanging space - roof window.
  • Bedroom 4 - VERBIER: 4 single beds (90x200), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe with shelving and hanging space - roof window.
    1 Bathroom with WC: bath, washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine - tumble dryer.


Indoors & outdoors

The duplex flat is located on the 6th floor of the residence and has a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room that can accommodate 10 people.
  • First floor:
    • Living room: dining area with a large table for 10 people, 10 chairs, 1 sofa (non-convertible), armchairs, coffee table, TV unit, smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, large picture window opening onto a balcony (18.50 m²).
    • Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, combined oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

A washing machine and ski locker are also available.


Staff & services 

The rental price includes bed linen and towels, beds made up on arrival and cleaning at the end of your stay (except for the kitchen). 

A cot and high chair are available on request. 
1 covered parking space (height 2.20 m) is also available. For any additional space(s): outdoor public parking: to be booked directly on the INDIGO website.

When you rent a flat in the residence, you will have access to the relaxation area (heated indoor swimming pool, children's paddling pool, cardio-training room, jacuzzi, sauna/hammam) and the "Ô des Cimes" spa (treatments and massages at an additional cost).


Note: 
- Swimming pool and Spa open: WINTER in principle from Christmas to Easter, SUMMER in principle in July and August.


Location

The chalet is located in Tignes 1800, the village has a ski school, restaurants and shops. 
You will be able to ski to and from the chalet.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 9:00 h

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 15 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 8 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
