The villa of 200m² is a three level house overlooking the sea and is one of five Capri villas with private access to the sea. The house is very exclusive.

The lower floor of the villa comprises three double bedrooms and a single one, each with their own bathroom. A laundry room completes the floor.

Indoors
The large outdoor patio has two areas where you can have meals.
From the upper floor sitting room an external staircase descends to a garden where tall trees cast a gentle shade all day long.
The pavillion in the garden includes 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and can be included in the rental of the villa.
There are 3 double bedrooms in the villa and 1 room with a single bed; 6 bathrooms; 1 kitchen; 1 double living room; 1 office; 2 terraces.
On request the apartment on the third lower floor is also available for rent separately with large terrace overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 service bedroom with bathroom.
On the first floor a vast sitting room lighted by a very large window with a breathtaking view over the entire bay of Naples dominated by Vesuvius, opens up to a terrace where one can enjoy the same wonderful sight.
A dining area, a guest bathroom, a kitchen and an office form the rest of the floor.
Outdoors
The villa has its own private descent to the sea (only shared with the apartment below the house). The beach facility is provided with a sun bathing area and a sweet water shower located in the bath hut.
Location
10 min walk from the villa are two good restaurants: Bagni di Tiberio for lunch.
8-10 min walk you reach the paved road where there is the bus stop, which runs every 15 min throughout the day and every 30 min in the evening-night.
