Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach is one of Corfu's hidden treasures. The beach on the northwest coast of the island is overlooked by an almost vertical rock face while the cliffs surrounding the entire bay are covered by a carpet of greenery. You feel cut off from civilization. This beach is one of the few remaining completely unspoiled beaches on the island. The crystal-clear water next to the exposed rocks offers some of the best snorkeling spots on the island. To access the best part of the island, you will need to take a boat from Paleokastritsa or have your boat.

Sidari Beach, Love Canal

Sidari Beach, Love Canal

Are you looking for a unique beach full of romance? Then come to Sidari Bay and discover the small beach of Canal d'Amour. This small sandbank surrounded by large limestone blocks is an attraction in Corfu. The rocks surrounding the beach form a small channel of turquoise water in which it is pleasant to swim.
It is a very unusual character that gives rise to many legends about it. Some say that the two lovers who will swim together to the end of the canal will stay together for life.  Others say that at the end of the canal, the swimmers will find true love. Either way, with or without your loved one, this beach can only bring you happiness!

Mirtiotissa Beach

Mirtiotissa Beach

Mirtiotissa beach is a small beach located about 20 km from Corfu town, on the western side of the island, which requires a car (or scooter) and a few minutes walk along the cliffs to reach. This heavenly spot is surrounded by green mountains that protect the beach from the wind and offer the calmest turquoise water. Although the beach used to be larger,  the sea has gradually swallowed part of it, making it a small beach. This makes it even more unique.  Beware, this beach is known as the nudist beach of Corfu because of its secluded setting. In the same spirit, you can go to the small beach of Yaliskari. This is a little-known bay on the west side of Corfu. There is a small tavern here which serves delicious fish dishes if you wish to eat there.

Paleokastritsa Beach

Paleokastritsa Beach

Paleokastritsa is a popular seaside resort on Corfu with no less than six small coves separated by rocks. With a postcard setting, between turquoise water, rocks, and greenery, Paleokastritsa is a popular place for tourists. Many restaurants and taverns are overlooking the bay, the possibility of practicing many water sports and the availability of renting boats to go and observe the surroundings and especially the caves accessible only by sea.

Plage de Porto Timoni

Plage de Porto Timoni

Located near the villages of Afinos and Agios Georgios, west of Corfu, Porto Timoni beach is a beach of rare beauty, surrounded by almost untouched lush surroundings that will make you feel like you are at the end of the world. The two beaches are separated by a green stripe. Then, choose between the small bay of Limni and the large one of Porto Timoni. The colors are magnificent, with almost unreal blue of the water, green of the grassy hills, and the white of the rock and sand. To get there, you'll have to take a steep hiking trail for about 20 minutes. So pack accordingly! It is well worth the effort.

Glyfada Beach

Glyfada Beach

Crowned by high cliffs, the beach of Glyfada is a small jewel of Corfu still relatively untouched by mass tourism. Only a few hotels and tavernas are located nearby. Entirely sandy and shallow, it is ideal for families and offers an absolutely beautiful landscape, especially at sunset. Indeed, Glyfada is renowned as one of the best spots to watch the sunset in Corfu.

Issos Beach

Issos Beach

A natural extension of Agios Georgios Argirades beach, Issos is known for its dunes, giving the impression that the beach is bord by a small desert and its clear water. It has a long shoreline, and the gusts of wind can sometimes delight kitesurfers and windsurfers alike. There are a few bars where you can eat or enjoy a cocktail along the beach. Like many beaches in Greece, these also offer sun loungers and parasols on the sand.
