Sahbi Sahbi opened its doors after the success of Grand Café de la Poste and Bô & Zin, one of the city's most historic restaurants.
Its name, which means "soul mates" and "friendship" in Darija, perfectly captures this meeting place, which dedicated to traditional Moroccan cuisine.
