Indoors 

Inside, comfort and style blend harmoniously. The entire interior design has been carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, conducive to relaxation. The generous lounge invites you to relax, with its comfortable sofas and bright atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped. 


Outdoors 

The exterior is designed to make the most of the exceptional natural beauty of the surrounding area. The swimming pool (11 x 5.5m - Depth: 1.6m) is bordered by a seafront garden, providing an idyllic setting for sunbathing or swimming after a day of adventure. The varangue, or shaded terrace, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco, while the barbecue promises convivial evenings under the starry sky.
Private parking (2-4 cars) adds to your comfort, making getting around even easier.


Staff & Services

For your convenience, the house is cleaned 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday - between 9am and 11am - excluding the kitchen).
Other services are available on request and at extra cost.


Location

Ideally located in Le Morne, the villa offers an exceptional setting, just 900 metres from Le Morne beach, famous for its white sands and crystal-clear waters. Golf enthusiasts will love the proximity of the prestigious Paradis Golf Club, just 400 metres away and accessible thanks to the services provided by the neighbouring hotel. Convenience is never far away, with a well-stocked supermarket in the village of La Gaulette just a 10-minute drive away, ensuring that all your needs are met effortlessly. The international airport, 54km away, is an hour's drive away.
