Villa Lucia offers 3 double bedrooms, all with excellent bedding (down mattress, duvet), 160 cm wide, armchair, private bathroom for each bedroom with shower and (master bedroom has shower + bath).
There is also offers a children's room with bunk beds and a play area. This room has a total of 6 beds and a bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower. Available, cot, high chair, and stroller. Adjoining the children's bedroom is another double bedroom with 2 twin beds (convertible into a double bed). This bedroom shares the bathroom with the children's bedroom. 


Indoors

The indoor areas consist of a dining room (8 place settings), TV lounge (flat screen, CD player and high fidelity system) and second large living room opening onto the terrace. Welcome products are available in the bathrooms. Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, kitchen aid.


Outdoors

Sun loungers around the pool and terrace, as well as rattan eggs allow you to read quietly. A rattan lounge (6 seats) is installed on the other terrace which allows you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The villa has a heated swimming pool (incurring an additional cost) with cover. Another south-facing terrace (sheltered from the wind) with a large table can accommodate 12 people and a plancha with furniture is at your disposal to prepare grills.


Staff & Services

The domestic worker maintains the house. She does the daily housework and prepares the meals (excluding the cost of ingredients). Please note that she works until 5pm. If you would like her to work until after dinner, a supplement will be payable for her work and to pay for the taxi (to be paid locally).

The villa is located in the Mogador Golf Club in Essaouira.
