The Riad has attentive staff available 24/7. The housekeeper provides impeccable service, and a night guard ensures your safety and comfort, making every moment spent in this Riad as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is included in the rental price. For other meals, the Riad offers: "À la carte" menu: No need to worry about shopping for meal preparation; the house takes care of it:

Lunch: from 250 DH / person (starter, main course, dessert, drinks not included)
Dinner: 400 DH / person (starter, main course, dessert, drinks not included)
Children's menu: 100 DH / child

Note: Access to the kitchen is exclusively reserved for the house staff, who respond to all your requests.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The staff will be happy to prepare meals for you
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Nous venons de passer un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans ce magnifique Ryad, et je ne peux que le recommander chaudement. L'architecture est un véritable chef-d'œuvre, alliant élégance et tradition. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et offrent un confort inégalé.
Digne des plus grands palaces !!!
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours prêt à répondre à nos moindres désirs avec le sourire. Les petits-déjeuners, un régal pour les papilles, sont un véritable festin. L'ambiance paisible et l'emplacement idéal font de cet endroit un véritable havre de paix. Un grand merci laurent et Isabelle ainsi que toute l’équipe en place pour cette expérience inoubliable, nous reviendrons sans hésitation !"

Le Riad est magnifique, les chambres sont toutes différentes et aussi charmantes. Le service est digne d'un hôtel de luxe. Les filles sont très attentionnées. La vue de la terrasse est sublime. La piscine sur le toit est une chance pour se détendre et passer la journée au calme face au jardin. Nous avons dîner au Riad, nous nous sommes régalés tout comme au petit déjeuner. Des moments exceptionnels de qualité dans ce merveilleux endroit. À très vite !!

Merveilleux séjour dans un riad digne des 1001 nuits.
En plein coeur de Marrakech, la localisation est parfaite. Chaque détail est pensé, à la fois beau et confortable. Merci à Isabelle et Laurent qui m’ont assuré un séjour inoubliable. Les gouvernantes sont aux petits soin, l’impression d’être dans un hotel 5 étoiles mais rien que pour soi!
