This beautiful private villa with swimming pool and 4 bedrooms (including 3 suites) is located less than 30 minutes from Marrakech and offers a fantastic getaway due to its location on the edge of the beautiful Agafay desert. If you are looking for a sunny retreat and if you want to get pampered by a small team including a fabulous cook, a maid, a gardener and a caretaker, then jet off to Marrakech and join us at Villa Mi.
Built on 450m², the villa extends over one hectare of private landscaped gardens with swimming pool and views of the Atlas. The villa is of contemporary architecture and offers all the European comforts (fireplaces, reversible air conditioning, king size beds, percale linen, Italian showers, internet and wifi throughout the house and in the entire park, interior and outside Bose sound system, iPod station, complete kitchen equipment).

Indoors

The colorfoul and bright living room is spacious, and perfect to gather during evenings in front of the fireplace. Another fireplace is to be found in the dining room, which opens to a terrace with an outdoor dining table.

Outdoors

In the middle of the outdoors area, in the heart of the garden, there is the 13m x 4m pool with shallow zone (2 metres).
There are as well several terraces at different levels to sip cocktails or enjoy the view, one pool house terrace to relax and al fresco dining, one massage corner away from view in the heart of the garden and one lounge corner in the garden.

Location

The Samanah Nicklaus golf club and Royal Palm golf club by Cabell B.Robinson are 10 minutes away by car.
Nearby is a typical village (2 km) with its famous Friday souk market

Notes

- The villa offers full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, unlimited water, coffee and tea) or half board.
- Finally, for those who wish to remain autonomous, the villa also offers the "free" formula: the services of the cook are optional (40 euros per day).

C’est un havre de paix à à peine une demi-heure au sud de Marrakech, avec une vue magnifique sur l’Atlas.
Accès direct et très simple depuis l’aéroport.
Ici, le silence est roi.
L’accueil par la propriétaire MYRYAM a été fort sympathique.
Le majordome et la cuisinière sont d’une discrétion exemplaire.
Inutile d’aller au restaurant, lorsque l’on vient ici, la qualité et les découvertes culinaires de la cuisinière sont authentiques.
Le jardin est vraiment magnifique à l’intérieur d’un parc de plus d’un hectare planté harmonieusement.
Des moments de repos exceptionnels
Pour ceux qui jouent au golf, le Royal Palm est à 10 minutes. C’est également un lieu magnifique.
Un grand merci à MYRYAM et à son personnel.
C’est vraiment difficile de repartir.
PS : un plus ;-) petit spectacle matinal de l’entraînement de la patrouille de la Royal Air Force au-dessus de la maison. C’est magique.

C’est la troisième fois que nous réservons une villa avec VILLANOVO.
Tout est parfait, la description des villas correspond parfaitement à la réalité.
Le suivi est régulier et fort sympathique.
Beaucoup d’informations sont données sur ce qui peut être fait lors du séjour.

Concernant la maison nous avons apprécié le jardin, le décor, la piscine et le personnel.
Concernant Villanovo tout était parfait et très professionnel.

Très jolie maison avec tout le confort moderne .
Quatre grandes chambres chacune avec sa salle de bain et ses toilettes indépendants fermés .
Ménage parfait .
Entretien Irréprochable.
Très grand et joli jardin, très bien entretenu.
Très grande puscine .
Équipements au top , Grande télévision avec grand plat, Enceintes Boses , climatisation dans toutes les chambres.
Accueil par Abdou qui est très gentil, à l’écoute de nos moindres besoins et très efficace .
La cuisinière est exceptionnelle, tous les repas nous ont régalé

C’était notre premier séjour avec Villanovo .
Je recommande vivement, personnel, à l’écoute et très réactif.
Merci à Mathilde qui a été notre interlocutrice, et tu as répondu à tous nos besoins .

La piscine qui n’est pas chauffée, et même le 18 avril, elle était encore assez froide.
Villa à 35 ou 40 minutes du centre avec environ 2 km de piste, mais l’avantage c’est que nous étions au calme parfait.

La maison est magnifique. Décorée avec soin et très propre. Un grand merci à Abdou et Mariama pour leurs services.

Le seul diner que nous avons eu dans la maison était bon mais trop cher pour la quantité et variété de mets proposés. Pour 25 euros par personnes, nous nous attendions à beaucoup plus, des fruits en fin de repas et plus d'une salade en entrée.

The property is very well maintained. The pool works for adults and easy for kids as well. Lot of spaces where you can hang out and have a meal.
The house manager is so helpful and professional with an outstanding customer service.
The food is so good that we preferred to eat home as much as we could and Very generous portions. It’s worth it.

Nous avons vécu une merveilleuse semaine à la Toussaint dans un cadre majestueux propice à séjourner en famille aux petits soins avec l’excellente équipe en cuisine dont la cheffe est hors paire et les femmes de chambre qui ont un beau travail toute en discrétion.
La piscine est un énorme atout ainsi que la table de massage au fond du jardin.
La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques et si bien entretenus.
Le tout avec une vue imprenable sur l’Atlas.
De très beaux souvenirs…

Virtually everything the villa had to offer was marvellous: a spacious villa, a gloriously kept garden, wonderful views of the Atlas mountains and best of all, a delightful support staff. We selected the full-board option and breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent - and they even catered for one of our party who required a gluten-free diet. The support staff tended to our every need and managed all aspects of the villa operations in an outstanding way. Many thanks to all of them.
The villa is located 20 km south of Marrakech giving the attractive combination of a quiet location, but easy enough for airport transfers and getting into the city, as well as access to the valleys and foot-hills of the Atlas mountains where the history and culture of the country can be appreciated first-hand. We hired a car which would be a recommendation unless you are just there for a quiet week by the pool. There is a modern network of roads around and out of town, although the central Medina area can be a little hectic for driving and parking with a myriad of mopeds being the main method of travel for many of the locals.

The villa is located 3 km down an unmetalled stony road.

La description est conforme, tout est parfait, la vue sur l’Atlas est magique. Un havre de tranquillité bien agréable après nos journées passées dans la foule et le bruit de la Medina.
L’accueil de la très sympathique propriétaire est chaleureux.
Le ménage complet est effectué quotidiennement par la douce Eva, et Mustapha s’occupe du jardin toujours avec le sourire.
Mariama la cuisinière (une perle) vous fait découvrir les spécialités locales, quels festins !
La gentillesse et la présence discrète et efficace d’Abdou le majordome font le reste.

We had an amazing 10 night stay at Villa Q. We got our dates mixed up but were still welcomed by the owner and staff. The house was great - very spacious and bright. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not in our faces, which was perfect for us. The food was delicious and better than most we had in restaurants. The location is good with beautiful views of mountains and near golf courses and the lake (which is worth a visit).

Villanovo very good. Mathilde came to visit in the house which was very helpful.

Location - a little far from Marrakech centre if you want to just pop in for something quickly.
Pool not heated.

Ahhh La villa Q...que dire, elle est magnifique,fantastique,extraordinaire...que du bonheur...un petit coin de paradis idéal pour les familles avec enfants pour se reposer dans un calme désertique entouré par un paysage époustouflant...le personnel est merveilleux, au petit soin dans une discrétion très appréciable, une cuisinière hors pair, on n'a jamais mangé des beignets de pommes aussi fabuleux...le gardien est d'une grande gentillesse et la propriétaire Miriam a été d'une très grande amabilité...un grand merci à tous...FIFI,MAX,NAIKA et WILLIAM
