Indoors

When you enter inside the Villa, a sensation of space and brightness overwhelms you. Living and dining areas are spacious and air-conditioned for your comfort. You will discover island-inspired furnishings, contemporary tropical architecture, and ocean-themed decoration. The living room features floor-to-ceiling glass doors, opening onto the lush garden, and the pool. The four bedrooms, spacious and with sea views, are adjoined by private bathrooms, two of them offering both indoor and outdoor showers. Cosy, air-conditioned media room with large TV and Blu-ray player at your disposal.
Guests can enjoy their meal at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen.


Outdoors

The exterior of the Villa is just as impressive. The property features an elegant infinity pool of 15 m x 6 m, bordered by a flowered terrace with sun loungers. You will also find a charming seaside relaxation pavilion, an outdoor dining area that can accommodate 10 people, a man-made beach with a volleyball net, and a furnished terrace offering direct access to the seashore.


Staff and Services

Dedicated staff at your service to meet all your needs. A villa manager is at your disposal, as well as a private chef and his assistant to prepare delicious meals to suit your tastes. A gardener, a pool technician and a caretaker take care of the upkeep of the villa and ensure your safety.

Location

Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Mendira Beach, in the small fishing village of Sengkidu, Villa Tirta Nila is surrounded by coconut palms and banana trees. You are just one kilometer away from several hotels housing restaurants and bars, as well as a small beach safe for swimming. Souvenir shops and Candidasa's restaurants are also nearby. The villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Karangasem region to the east of Bali, with its majestic forests and mountains, emerald rice terraces, peaceful water palaces, and pretty beaches.
