Nestled in the heart of the luxurious Villa Avalon property, Villa Avalon ll is a traditional Balinese residence offering two bedrooms for 4 adults, a private pool and a host of facilities and services. The Villa's prime location, just 50m from the beach and a few minutes' drive from downtown Seminyak, makes it the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Bali. The interiors are warm and carefully decorated, while the outdoor spaces offer a peaceful setting, complemented by a 7m pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. A dedicated staff, including a skilled chef, is on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Villa Avalon l (4 bedrooms) and Avalon ll (2 bedrooms) can be rented together.
 

Bedrooms

Two air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed.
An extra bed can be provided on request for a small extra charge.

Indoors

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a traditional Balinese entrance that opens onto a private enclosed garden. The heart of this historic Javanese teak residence is a living and dining room with kitchenette, overlooking a sunny terrace and the pool. The comfortable seating is an invitation to a siesta and the table can accommodate six people. On either side of this central room are the villa's two bedrooms. Spacious and beautifully furnished, they both have a high ceiling, a king-size bed for one and a queen-size bed for the other, and are adorned with sumptuous Balinese paintings. The en-suite bathrooms benefit from granite basins and rain-effect showers, while ample storage space is available in the dressing rooms.


Outdoors

The exterior of Villa is as impressive as the interior. The space consists of a sunny terrace, a swimming pool of 7m (long) x 4m (wide) x 1.5m (deep) and beautiful landscaped gardens, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Further on, a beautiful shared veranda between the two bedrooms is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

 

Staff and Service

The Villa has an efficient and friendly staff (including a competent chef), who work discreetly in the background to provide you with quality service from morning to night.
In-villa treatments selected from a comprehensive spa menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists (extra cost applies).
A variety of Indonesian and international dishes prepared from a suggestion menu. Requests accommodated (including special diets).


Note

Grocery cost is charged plus 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.
If your group includes younger children, facilities available (on request) to make your stay comfortable include a high chair, baby cot, pool floating toys and pool fence for an additional cost.


Location

The Villa is just 50m from the beach and a few minutes' drive from downtown Seminyak. It is a great option for groups looking to be in the thick of action, with the beach on one side and numerous clubs, restaurants and boutiques on the other.
