Indoors
Keanu includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace with sea views and a dining room that can accommodate 10 people. A large comfortable living room with fireplace and television invites you to relax, and its floor-to-ceiling windows open onto another furnished terrace with stunning sea views. The 4 double bedrooms are equipped with en-suite shower rooms, and two of them share separate toilets. A third bedroom is accessible by a staircase from the entrance, and a fourth independent bedroom is at pool level.
Outdoors
The vast grounds of 3,200 m² offer a heated swimming pool of 5x10 m, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers to take full advantage of the sun. You can also play petanque games on the 4.20x16 m landscaped grounds. The villa has parking for up to 3 cars.
Staff and service
4 hours of cleaning per day from Monday to Saturday.
