Bedrooms

The property is divided into two separate houses: the "Maison du Gentilhomme" and the "Maison d'Amis". Each offers four bedrooms.

Room 1 - Maison du Gentilhomme- 1 (30m2) :
Master bedroom, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table.

Room 2 - Maison du Gentilhomme- 2 (20m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. separate WC room.

Room 3 - Maison du Gentilhomme- 3 (8m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC are shared.

Room 4 - Maison du Gentilhomme- 4 (18m2) :
Children bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 5 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC are shared.

Room 5 - Maison d'Amis- 1 (26m2) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. separate WC room.

Room 6 - Maison d'Amis- 2 (23m2) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. separate WC room.

Room 7 - Maison d'Amis- 3 (35m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 8 - Maison d'Amis- 4 (30m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom.


Indoors 

The interiors are both warm and luxurious, with a clever mix of bright colours and high-quality materials. The large 41 m² lounge, with its piano and fireplace, is perfect for relaxing. A small lounge and library provide pleasant spaces for reading or conversation. The dining room seats 19, ideal for convivial meals, while a semi-professional kitchen and wine cellar will satisfy the most demanding gourmets. There is also a large room on the first floor (250m², with the possibility of installing round tables - capacity: 50p).


Outdoors 

The heated swimming pool* (16x5m), with its terrace equipped with deckchairs and sofas, invites you to relax. The fully-equipped pool house, with its professional facilities, is ideal for al fresco dining. An old greenhouse converted into a workshop, a soothing Japanese pond and a vegetable garden offer moments of calm and rejuvenation. The garden also features a traditional caravan.
3 bicycles are available on site for exploring the surrounding woods.
The house also offers convenient access to a tennis court 2 minutes' drive away. 

* The swimming pool is heated from May to September. It is closed from 10 November.


Staff & Services

The price includes two hours of housekeeping per day, five days a week.
For even greater comfort, à la carte services such as a private chef, chauffeur or massage sessions can be arranged (on request and at an additional cost).

Situated just 5 minutes from Thoiry, this estate enjoys an exceptional location, 45 minutes by car from the heart of Paris and easily accessible from Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports (1h30). Enjoy the proximity of the famous gardens of Versailles or explore the medieval town of Houdan. Magnificent walking and cycling trails await you in the surrounding area, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and exploration.
