Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin.


Indoors 

The villa combines the charm of traditional houses with contemporary design. Large bay windows flood the living areas with natural light, offering uninterrupted views of the pool and surrounding forest.
The spacious living room, furnished with designer furniture, offers a convivial space for gathering around a modern fireplace. The dining room, adjacent to a fully-equipped modern kitchen, invites convivial meals with family and friends.
The five comfortable bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathrooms, offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
The interior design elegantly blends natural materials with contemporary touches, creating a warm and refined ambience.


Outdoors 

The outside of the house is a haven of tranquillity. The heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a wooden deck, blends harmoniously into the forest landscape.
Next to the pool (9 x 3,50m; 1,40m deepth), heated from June to September, is a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
A plancha grill is available for al fresco dining on long summer evenings.
The large maritime pines and colourful ferns surrounding the property add a natural and authentic touch to this enchanting setting. Outdoor parking is also available for guests arriving by car.
