- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- In this house, you can check in by yourself. We will give you the access codes in the Voucher sent before your arrival.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Noise en playing loud music are strictly prohibited in this area
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 4.20 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR

- 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 65 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

La propriété était très bien équipée. La vue sur Les Gets est magnifique.

Je pense qu'il serait bien d'avoir un accueil à la propriété. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'entrée et les ascenseurs. Même des panneaux nous indiquant l'entrée seraient utiles.

Un très beau chalet à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Le chalet est très bien équipé car il a été fini récemment, avec un grand espace de vie et une cuisine moderne. Chambres et salles de bains agréables. Bain à remous, casiers à chaussures avec chauffe-bottes - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances à la montagne.
