Indoors 

The chalet's interiors offer a sumptuous and friendly setting. The living room features a cathedral ceiling and a central fireplace with glass walls, so you can enjoy the fire from all sides. The large sofas and armchairs make it the perfect place to relax after a day's activities.

The open-plan dining room has a large table that comfortably seats up to 12 people. It also boasts stunning mountain views. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is a gourmet's delight. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, including a refrigerated wine cellar, raclette and fondue machine, perfect for convivial evenings.


Outdoors 

The beauty of the exterior is as remarkable as the comfort inside. The vast west-facing terrace lets you enjoy the panoramic mountain views while admiring the setting sun.

The chalet has a spacious garage and a functional ski room, essential for ski holidays. These areas make it easy to organise and store all your ski equipment.

After a day on the slopes, relax in the sauna or the relaxation area.


Staff & Services

In winter, the price includes: a welcome at the agency, champagne, welcome basket, toiletries and bath products, beds made on arrival, cleaning twice a week and final cleaning.
Regular cleaning on request is available at an additional cost.


Location

Chalet Noor is ideally located. Just 100 metres from the first pistes in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, you have easy access to the 600 km of pistes in the 3 Vallées.
The village centre is just 500 metres away, offering easy access to local amenities while ensuring total immersion in the authentic charm of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.

Just 200 metres from the ski schools and a short distance from the Saint Martin gondola, your access to the ski area is quick and easy.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your booking, Villanovo shall make the property available for rent to other clients. If the property is booked to another client for the entire rental period, Villanovo shall refund to you 80% of the paid rental fee regardless of the cancellation date. If the property is rented to another client for a portion of the rental period, the refund shall be prorated accordingly..
- Special COVID-19: In the event of a travel ban taken by the authorities of the country of destination, we guarantee a full refund up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival at the villa..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 61 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
