Indoors

The interior features spacious, airy living spaces that combine modern comfort with timeless elegance. Every room is air-conditioned.
The two living rooms feature designer furniture, creating ideal spaces for relaxing or socialising. With two fully equipped kitchens, the house offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals.


Outdoors

The exterior features a beautiful swimming pool (11 x 4m - Depth: 2m) overlooking the ocean and surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces allows you to make the most of the island's sunny climate.
The property also has a parking area for four cars (under CCTV).


Staff & Services

The price includes the final housekeeping and an intermediate cleaning service (provided twice per week and the duration is between 6-8 hours).


Location

The villa is ideally located just a 30-minute drive from the port of Andros, Gavrio.
You can enjoy direct access to the sea and visit the pristine beach of Kalamitsi, just a few minutes' walk away, or reach the organised beach of Vlychada (with bar and sun loungers) a 15-minute drive away.
Andros is known for its stunning beaches and lush vegetation, and also offers a rich cultural heritage, with museums and monasteries to explore. Enjoy hiking along ancient paths, swimming in waterfalls or immerse yourself in the island's fascinating history.

Note :
- The last 3 kilometres to reach the property are on a dirt road. The use of an SUV or 4X4 is recommended, especially if you wish to travel frequently and explore the island of Andros.
