Indoors

The well-equipped open plan, eat-in kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. This space invites families to gather together while preparing meals in the two ovens. One is an eye level electric oven and the second a large electric oven with gas hob. The two integrated fridge/freezers allow for plenty of food storage space. There is also a separate laundry and scullery.
The large dining area has an antique dining room table seating up to twelve guests in total, and the living room has an open fire place and bar area.
There is a separate playroom/TV room with a 60 inch TV.


Outdoors

Outdoor facilities include an outdoor dining table that seats 10 guests as well as a verandah with outdoor lounge area and barbecue.
The automated and child-safe, solar heated swimming pool measures 3.5m x 8m and is situated in a landscaped garden. The pool deck is perfect for enjoying sundowners while soaking up the view.
There is an outdoor shower.

Head South from the beaches of Clifton (or North from the buzz of Sea Point) and you’ll discover the chic suburb of Camps Bay. The main drag, Victoria Road, is jam-packed with funky restaurants, trendy pubs, and shops on one side, and a palm-fringed beach on the other.
