Indoors



Spread over three levels, this property is personalised with touches of African decoration.
Flooded with natural light, the double volume entrance hall has a WC, a private study with IT equipment, and leads into spacious living areas.
The modern kitchen has an electric gas oven and cooker, double fridge with ice maker, walk-in pantry, and separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

A stylish bar with three stools is ideal for occasional meals. Double doors open onto a small courtyard with a table and chairs for those sunny mornings.

A TV room separates the kitchen from the living room, with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, DVD player and air conditioning.
The dining room has a large wooden table seating eight, which also connects effortlessly to the open-air wooden deck via sliding doors.

A staircase leads from the dining room to the lower level of the house, where there is a bespoke wine cellar.

​The upper level of the property has a master bedroom and three further bedrooms.
The large master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with twin basins, large oval bath, walk-in rain shower and heated towel rail, and opens onto a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds, ample storage space, and share a bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms have air conditioning.
